Unopened cartridges may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. For a refund request the customer is responsible for returning the order to us. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
Opened merchandise that are believed to be defective maybe returned for up to 180 days from purchase date for either a one for one replacement or a refund.
Name brand OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective OEM item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $4.95 for shipping if the entire order is returned for a refund.
Refunds will be refunded in the method in which they were paid, within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return..
