Return Policy
Please note that all returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization, otherwise they will NOT be processed and will be rejected. Returns are easy, just call us toll free at 877-957-7708 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PST) or send an email to customerservice@doubleinks.com and a customer service representative will set up a return or replacement RMA for you.
Unopened cartridges may be returned up to 30 days of purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase. For a refund request the customer is responsible for returning the order to us. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. If the customer has ordered the incorrect cartridges, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the merchandise. Please note that all applicable shipping and handling fees incurred by Double Inks may be deducted from the refund.
Opened merchandise that are believed to be defective maybe returned for up to 180 days from purchase date for either a one for one replacement or a refund.
For militrary APO/FPO addresses, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Name brand OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective OEM item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Refunds will be refunded in the method in which they were paid, within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
