Our Guarantee

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. All the compatible and remanufactured ink & toner cartridges we offer come with 180 days limited manufacturer warranty. (Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use. We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuse.)

If you are not satisfied with the cartridges you bought at our online store, we can provide one-for-one replacement for the ones you have already used and are at least 70% full. We feel that should be enough to determine whether the product had problems. If the product has manufacture defects and you do not wish to receive replacement, we will refund you fully (less shipping fees) upon receipt of the defective product.
